Before launch: publisher identity and a monitored contact/deletion address must be added here. These details are awaiting manual completion. Registration must not be opened publicly until they are provided.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, email address and chosen platform (iPhone or Android). We use them to notify you once when StudyMigo launches and record your eligibility for the early-supporter skin, founder_migo_v1. Joining does not create an account or subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not send emails during the waitlist collection phase.

How your details are stored

Registrations are stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database. Only authorized server-side operations and the publisher can access the records. Vercel hosts the website when deployed there; Cloudflare Turnstile provides bot protection. These providers process the information needed to run their services. No advertising or analytics trackers are installed.

For abuse prevention, we temporarily store a keyed hash of your network address and a request count. We do not store the raw address in the waitlist database. Expired limiter records are removed on subsequent signup requests after approximately one day. Hosting and security providers may maintain their own security logs under their policies.

Your signup and reward

Your email is stored once. Signing up again does not change the existing registration or issue another reward. Eligibility is recorded for launch; no skin is delivered or attached to an account now. A future reward claim must verify ownership of the registered email. Entering an email here does not establish ownership.

Retention and deletion

We intend to retain waitlist details until the one-time launch notification and early-supporter claim window have concluded, then delete them within 90 days unless a shorter period is requested or retention is legally required. The claim window and launch date are not yet set. If the launch is delayed, retention will be reviewed every six months and unnecessary records deleted.

You can request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion through the publisher’s contact address, which must be supplied before public launch. We may ask you to verify ownership of your email to protect your information. Withdrawal removes eligibility associated with the deleted registration.

Service providers

Read the Supabase privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy and Vercel privacy policy for their handling of service data. The database region and any required data-processing arrangements must be confirmed before launch.
